September Boxy Charm Unboxing

Happy Friday! Today I am going to share with you my first box from Boxy Charm. For those of you who don't know, Boxy Charm is a monthly subscription service that sends you five full size beauty products for $21 a month. How great is it to recieve full size products?! I have friends who subscribe to this and absolutely love it, plus i'm seeing it all over YouTube and other blogs. So, I decided to finally give it a try. Unforunetly, my first box didn't go over so well..

Hello Perfume 10ml sample by Harvey Prince (It's the size of a rollerball sample, but it sprays! Bonus for me because i'm not a fan of rollerball perfumes..)

Now unfortunetly, we'll take a look at the two mishaps..

When I opened the tube of Tarina Tarantino Fleur De Lash, this is what came out. A dry, smushed brush! All the product in the tube was dried up! I have no idea how this could have happened. I would have loved to try it :(

This is what the palette looked like when I opened the box..

Once I somewhat cleaned it up, this is what I was left with. 7 out of 12 eyeshadows completely in tact, 4/12 cracked but useable, and 1 out of 12 completely smashed, and came out. I'm not really too upset about this because the fault isn't on BoxyCharm. It must have gotten thrown around in transit, unfortunetly. I can still use this palette, in fact I used it today and it worked great!

All in all, I give this box 3 out of 5 stars. Two stars for the nail polish and lip gloss, half a star for the cracked (but still useable) palette, and a half a star for the perfume. (I love the sample size and the fact that it actually sprays, but the perfume is not my type.)

I'll keep subscribing to BoxyCharm because I still love it even though this month was a but of a mishap.
